Automotive Porter

Champion Auto Group needs  Automotive Porter to join our team.

The Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the sale and upkeep of vehicles and the dealership property.

• Greeting all clients in a friendly and courteous manner
• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Ensuring all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned
• Valid U.S. driver's license

Automotive Sales

Champion Auto Group needs Automotive Sales to join our team.

• Complete extensive training regarding the product line and sales process.
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features.
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit. applications and processing transaction paperwork. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary

Automotive Service Adviser 

Champion Auto Group needs  Automotive Service Advisers to join our team.

• Greet customers in our indoor service drive and assist them with any inquiries
• Vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
• Consult with customer on applicable service specials.
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Follow up progress of each repair order during the day and contact clients by phone or e-mail
• Service Advisers remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed.
• Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving clients, repairs, and equipment

Requirements:

• No previous automotive service adviser experience necessary
• Sales including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license
